29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. a) Carpentry Shop Floor: On or about November 14, 2023, and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that employees were allowed to work in areas where combustible dust had accumulated on floors, walls, purlins, duct work, equipment, and other exposed upper surfaces from 1/8 inch to 2 inches in depth.
