Elkhart Products Corporation was previously cited for violations of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1506149, Citation 1, Item 1 affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3265 S School Ave, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
