Hallway of back entrance: An employee using Qing Xiang Puissant Ceramic Tile Adhesive to install ceramic tiles did not have eye protection. The employee was exposed to chemical eye burn hazards.  b. Court room #2: An employee was painting the ceiling of the courtroom without eye protection. The employee was exposed to chemical eye burn hazards.

29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  Back entrance into jobsite: The stairs used to enter the building were not equipped with a stair rail along the unprotected edge. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.   The Nana's Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1644641, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/3/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Fagatogo Village.
