29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: Floor east side: Uncapped rebars protruding from the foundation where employees were working exposed employees to impalement hazards. Nana's Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.701(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1644641, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 3, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at the Court House in Fagatogo, Pago Pago, American Samoa.
