29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 1/25/24, at the roof area of the site, North Tonawanda, NY. Employees, engaged in roofing work of installing roofing papers and shingles on a 6 in 12 steep roof, were not protected by fall protections. Employees were exposed to fall of 4-story. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
