29 CFR 1926.502(a)(2): The employer did not provide and install all fall protection systems required by this subpart for employee(s) and did not comply with all other pertinent requirements of this subpart before employee(s) began the work that necessitates the fall protection. a) Wilmer Lengacher dbs Framing and Finishing Services, LLC. On or about February 2, 2024 at the address of 402/403 Brookfield Pl. Perrysburg OH 43551: The employer failed to ensure guardrail system erected around roof deck met the guardrail requirements set forth in CFR 1926.502, before authorizing employees to perform framing work activities. Guardrail system erected at 36 inches in height was missing mid-rails, exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet to the ground below.
