29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  On or about January 30, 2024, an electrical panel box located next to the door on the east side of the building was partially blocked by an orange tarp and metal rods. In the event of emergency, direct access to the panels could be delayed and thus potentially expose employees and others in the immediate area to electrical and/or fire hazards.   The USDA Forestry Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1707378, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 9, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at Plumas National Forest, CA.  The USDA Forestry Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1604647, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on November 29, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Inyo National Forest, CA.  The USDA Forestry Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1532897, citation number 2, item number wand was affirmed as a final order on October 12, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at Plumas National Forest, CA.  The USDA Forestry Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1532869, citation number 2, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on December 15, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at Plumas National Forest, CA.
