This violation was discovered on or about January 29, 2024; on the platform above the second-floor stairway: where employees were painting, caulking and installing a wooden decorative design on the ceiling and were exposed to fall hazards.  c. The employer does not ensure employees on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level are protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. This violation was discovered on or about January 29, 2024; on the second floor near the stairway: where employees working on the second floor were exposed to fall hazards.
