29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: Lot #270 Orwell Drive, Stockbridge, GA 30281: On or about 02/13/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 21-feet, 8-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities on a 10/12 pitched roof.

29 CFR 1926.552(a)(4): Hoisting ropes were not installed in accordance with the wire rope manufacturers' recommendations. a) Lot #270, Orwell Dr., Stockbridge, GA, Front: On 02/13/2024, the employer exposed employees to potential struck-by hazards while operating a material hoist, in that the metal cable used to hoist bundles of shingles was replaced with a mountain climbing type rope and was not replaced with a wire rope as required by the manufacturer.
