NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Condition observed on or about 02/15/24.  b- Front of Structure,  At And Near Area Around Portable Extension Ladder, 7 Cambridge Court, Lumberton NJ: Workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet 9 Inches to the ground surface below, when working and walking at and near the unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor while not using fall protection. Condition observed on or about 02/15/24.  c- Front of Structure,  Above Garage's Concrete Flooring, 7 Cambridge Court, Lumberton NJ: Workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 12 feet 6 Inches to the concrete surface below, when working and walking at and near the unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor while not using fall protection. Condition observed on or about 02/15/24.   First Line Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1566149, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/11/22, with respect to a workplace located at 813 West Lea Boulevard, Wilmington DE.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
