29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a- 20 Fieldstone Drive, Lumberton NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet 3 inches and 9 feet 1 inch, when walking and working from a residential structure's exterior wall top plates while either improperly or not using fall protection.  Condition observed on or about 09/12/24.  First Line Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1566149, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/11/22, with respect to a workplace located at 813 West Lea Boulevard, Wilmington DE.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
