Employees utilized various non-MSA supply hoses to supply air to the bast booth. Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards.  d. Employees utilized a supplied air respirator system without MSA locking or threaded quick disconnects to connect air supply hoses. Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards.
