29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about December 21, 2023 an employee was using a table saw and the employer did not provide an adequate hood/guard that would cover the the blade while the employee(s) was cutting material resulting in injury. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
