29 CFR 1910.1200(i)(2): A treating physician or nurse determined that a medical emergency existed and the specific chemical identity and/or specific percentage of composition of a hazardous chemical was necessary for emergency or first-aid treatment, and the chemical manufacturer, importer, or employer did not immediately disclose the specific chemical identity or percentage composition of a trade secret chemical to that treating physician or nurse, regardless of the existence of a written statement of need or a confidentiality agreement. (a) In the facility located at 1 Plant Avenue, Stillmore, Georgia: On or about February 20, 2024, the employer did not immediately disclose the specific chemical identities to a physician who determined a medical emergency existed for an employee with a potential workplace chemical exposure.
