29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph         1926.501 (b):  (a) On or about March 7, 2024,  at a new construction residential jobsite located at 502 Kiddle Ln. Union Grove, WI. 53182, an employee conducting roof sheathing/decking  work on an 8:12 pitch roof was not protected from falling to the lower level by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. This exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet onto dirt, gravel, and building material on the West, East and South sides of the structure .  (b)  On or about March 7, 2024,  at a new construction residential jobsite located at 502 Kiddle Ln. Union Grove, WI. 53182, an employee assisting roof sheathing/decking  work on a 8:12 pitch roof by standing on the first floor roof while handing sheets of material up to  the employee sheathing/decking the second story roof was not protected from falling to the lower level by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. This exposed employee to a fall hazard of approximately thirteen (13) feet onto dirt, gravel, and building material on the East side of the structure .  Platinum Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1642832, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on  February 14, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1081 58th Rd. Union Grove WI. 53182.
