Platinum Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1733020, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 19, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at  502 Kiddle Lane, Union Grove, WI 53182.  Platinum Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1642832, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on  February 14, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1081 58th Road, Union Grove, WI 53182.
