The flexible cord being used to supply power to the ROLAIR air compressor had a missing or broken strain relief.  c) New single-family residential construction located at 598 Crystal Lake Parkway (Lot# 643 Twin Lakes Subdivision) Hoschton, GA 30548 Ground Area: On or about 3/7/2024, the employer exposed employees to potential electrical shock hazards in that an inspection of all electrical equipment in use was not inspected prior to utilizing. The pressure switch cover was missing from the ROLAIR air compressor exposing the electrical terminals powering the equipment.
