29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) 2325 W. Livingston St. Allentown, PA, Roof:  On or about March 12, 2024, employees were performing residential roofing work along the leading edge of a 3-story residential apartment complex while exposed to a fall hazard not less than 35 feet, but fall protection was not utilized or in place.  Road Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1703189, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 1, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 10 East 20th Street, Long Beach, NJ.  Road Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1697614, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 31, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 29 & 31 Halsey Street, Lakewood NJ.  Road Contractor Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1688901, Citation 1 Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 19, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1281 Knapp Rd North Wales, PA. 19454.  Road Contractor Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1698680, Citation 1 Item Number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 27, 2023, with respect to a workplace located  619 N Maple Ave Ho Ho Kus, NJ 07423.
