29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) Job site, 601 Flaugherty Drive, Coraopolis, PA: On or about January 13, 2025, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure a system was in place to identify and correct safety and health hazards. Deficiencies noted at the site included, but were not limited to, using a JCB Loadall unit to lift a person in a basket.
