29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) At or near 329 Alfred Ave, Teaneck NJ - Articulated Boom - Tietjen Facade: Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 50 feet while engaged in framing activities from the basket of an articulated boom lift without proper means of fall protection, on or about 3/25/24 Road Contractor Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1698680, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/23, with respect to a workplace located at 619 N Maple Ave Ho Ho Kus NJ.
