29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Residential multiplex rooftop; On or about March 12, 2024, and dates prior, employees were not protected from falls while installing structural sheathing from the roof structure at an approximate height of up to 23-feet above ground-level. (b) Residential multiplex, second level interior; On or about March 12, 2024, and dates prior, employees were not protected from falls while performing framing activities near unguarded window and door openings at an approximate height of up to 13-feet above ground-level. Jasso Construction L.L.C. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1678756, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3340 Craig Road, Eau Claire, WI 54701.
