29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Garage rooftop for residential multiplex: On or about September 4, 2024, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 9.5 feet above the ground while sheathing a 6:12 pitch roof without the use of a fall protection system. Jasso Construction L.L.C. was previously cited for a repeat - serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1733853, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 6, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1958 11th Ave. E, Menomonie, WI 54751.
