29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On front roof section; On or about May 8, 2025, employees were exposed to falls of 8 feet, 9 inches to 19 feet, 6 inches to lower levels while working on a new construction residential roof without the use of a fall protection system. Jasso Construction L.L.C. was previously cited for a repeat - serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1775582, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 5, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 1380 Everest Lane, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729.
