29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii):Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not protected from the rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields: a) Weld area - Bldg 501 - Employees working outside the weld area are exposed to arc welding rays from a doorway in the welding screens, on or about April 8, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
