29 CFR 1910.157(b)(1):A written emergency evacuation plan, meeting the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.38, was not developed and implemented where the employer elected to evacuate employees upon sounding of the a fire alarm: a) Facility: On or about April 10, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards , in that the employer has not conducted any fire drills to raise awareness of fire hazards, familiarize occupants with the evacuation process, and prepare them to respond swiftly and effectively to evacuations in case of emergencies.
