29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Production Area, Line 3 Dust Collection System: On or about April 9, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to amputation and crushing hazards, in that the employer did not develop and document specific control of hazardous energy procedures to be used by employees while performing servicing and maintenance on the Conveyor system of the dust collector assembly.
