29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level: a) Job site, 327 South Main, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about April 9, 2024, during light installation and other construction activities, the employer did not ensure that the parapet wall at the top of the building was tall enough to serve as a guardrail system in that the wall was determined to be approximately 33 inches in height, exposing employees to fall hazards of up to at least approximately 25 feet.
