The employer did not provide guarding to protect against pinch points at the point of operation.   b) Atkore International DBA American Pipe & Plastics Incorporated, 958 U.S. 11, Kirkwood, NY 13795 - Fabrication Department. On or about April 10, 2024, workers were permitted to operate the Grizzly Vertical Band Saw (Asset M-1237) when the unused portion of the blade was not guarded.  The employer did not ensure workers were protected from point of operation hazards.     c) Atkore International DBA American Pipe & Plastics Incorporated, 958 U.S. 11, Kirkwood, NY 13795 - Maintenance Shop. On or about April 10,2024, workers were permitted to operate the Causing Drill Press (Asset No.: 1250) while the rotating bit was not enclosed with a guard. The employer did not ensure workers were protected from rotating parts.
