29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following:  1. Safety Data Sheets as specified in paragraph 29 CFR 1910.1200(g). 2.  Employee information and training as specified in paragraph 29 CFR 1910.1200(h). 3.  Complete list of hazardous chemicals known to be in the workplace.  On or about May 22, 2024, employees were exposed to metal fumes such as cobalt fumes. The employer did not develop or implement a Hazard Communication program that included the above mentioned elements.  Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903(d).
