29 CFR 1910.124(g)(2): Employees who worked with liquids that could burn, irritate, or otherwise harm their skin were not provided with an emergency shower and eye-wash station close to the dipping and coating operation: On or about April 17, 2024, Rack line building and black oxide building, employees engaged in dipping operations used chemicals such as, but not limited to sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, and nitric acid to dip metal parts inside of the chemical baths. An eyewash station was not available. a) Inside of the main building, near the rack line. b) Inside of the black oxide building, near the black oxide line.
