29 CFR  1926.302(b)(1):Pneumatic power tool(s) were not secured to the hose or whip by some positive means to prevent the tool from becoming accidentally disconnected:  At worksite, located at South 14th St Bridge, Dodge City, Kansas, employees were exposed to struck by hazards. The union fittings on pneumatic power tools, including a Stihl TS420 concrete saw, jackhammer, and Sullair 375H mobile compressor were not secured to prevent accidental disconnection.
