29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 3320 28th St, Boulder CO, 80301: On or about April 16, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet to the ground below while installing siding on the second story of a residential building.
