29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about April 29, 2024 at 11911 West Pleasant Valley, Parma Heights OH 44130, the employer failed to ensure employees working at a height of approximately 10 feet while weatherproofing a residential house was protected by utilizing fall protective systems/devices. Dave Tackett Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1430658, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on November 20, 2019 , with respect to a workplace located at 7070 Antoinette Drive, Parma OH 44129.
