A Sanding and Patching worker who was exposed to 76.77% of noise dose, which is equivalent to an 8-hour Time Weighted Average of 88.1 dBA.  Sampling was conducted for 440 minutes on July 26, 2024.  Zero exposure was assumed for the remaining 40 minutes.  b) On or about July 26, 2024, located in the fan shop where employees were not provided annual audiograms.  A Sanding and Patching worker who was exposed to 73.79% of noise dose, which is equivalent to an 8-hour Time Weighted Average of 87.8 dBA.  Sampling was conducted for 384 minutes on July 26, 2024.  Zero exposure was assumed for the remaining 96 minutes.
