29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii):  Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  a) On or about May 7, 2024, employees were accessing the upper floors of the building by using stairways that did not have stair rail systems along the unprotected sides.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   The employer does not protect each employee from fall hazards while engaged in carpentry activities 6 feet or more above lower levels by the use of guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  This most recently occurred on May 7, 2024, at 8036 - 8044 North 80th Street, River Grove, IL 60171 . Employees engaged in carpentry activities are not protected from fall hazards while working at elevations of greater than 30 feet above the ground.   Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit documents describing the steps it taking to ensure compliance, including an explanation of how these steps protect its employees from fall hazards.
