29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about May 8, 2024 at 6461 Mandalay Road, Parma Heights OH 44130, the employer failed to ensure employees performing weatherproofing of a residential house were protected from a fall of approximately 10 feet by utilizing fall protective systems/devices. Quality Roofing and Renovation LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1910.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1660181, citation number 01, item number 001A and was affirmed as a final order on June 6, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3944 East 42nd Street, Cleveland, OH 44105.
