1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: a) 430 New Schafferstown Road Bernville, PA 19506 - On or about May 3, 2024, employees were mixing masonry cement in the G7000 Silo Systems and employees could not locate safety data sheets for Spec Mix Masonry Cement, containing Portland Cement, which is required to be readily accessible to employees. B & D Masonry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1420461, citation number 1, item number 5c and was affirmed as a final order on 12/11/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1001 Lehigh Avenue Lancaster, PA 17601. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
