29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  On the roof at a residence, located at 31019 Penny Surf Loop, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545: On or about 5/20/24, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that eye protection was not utilized by employees using compressed air powered nail guns while performing framing work.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) On the roof located at 31019 Penny Surf Loop, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545: On or about 05/20/2024, employer exposed the employees to a fall hazard, in that, the job made ladder used to access the roof was not extended at least 3 ft above the upper landing surface.
