29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On the roof located at 2286 Sienna Spruce St, Wesley Chapel FL On or about 04/30/2025, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazards, in that fall protection equipment was not utilized while employees were performing truss installation and other framing activities at approximately 9 feet 8 inches in height from the roofs edge to ground. Sic Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1749930, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07-31-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 31019 Penny Surf Loop, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545.
