29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) For the construction site at 3110 Adams Cross Dr., Zephyrhills, FL 33540, on or about 03/13/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet and 5 inches, in that, employees were performing framing work on a residential house without using fall protection. SIC Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1749330, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/09/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 31019 Penny Surf Loop, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545.
