29 CFR 1910.23(b)(13): 29 CFR 1910.23(b)(13): The employer did not ensure that no employee carries any object or load that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall while climbing up or down the ladder. a) Repair Shop; Trailer Interior: On April 28, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 3 feet; in that, the employer did not ensure employees were using at least one hand to grasp ladders while climbing with a riveting anvil used in the process of replacing wall panels of trailer trucks.
