1926.451(g)(1)(vii)  For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee shall be protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.   a- 169/171 Stoutsburg Boulevard, Pennington NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 23 feet 6 inches to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing end stops and a mid rail/screen that run the full length of the scaffold's active walking/working surface.  Condition observed on or about 05/28/24.   AA & B Builder, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1466432, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/14/22, with respect to a workplace located at Building 200, 211-224 Betty Lane, Ewing NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
