29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: a) Jobsite: 11500 Norcom Rd, Philadelphia, PA - May 30, 2024, the Employer did not ensure the unused portion of the saw blade of the Enco horizontal band saw was guarded, thereby exposing employees utilizing the machine to cut metal to laceration and amputation hazards.
