29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1)(i): Respirators issued for the exclusive use of an employee were not cleaned and disinfected as often as necessary to be maintained in a sanitary condition:  At the manufacturing facility located at 316 S 6th Street in Saint Joseph, MO 64501, on 06/04/24 and at times prior: Employees working at the facility were exposed to respiratory hazards including asthma, trouble breathing, skin allergies, and other medical conditions when the employer provided half-face tight-fitting elastomeric respirators without ensuring that employees knew how to clean and maintain the respirators in a sanitary condition.
