29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. West dock area 10-15, Hazardous materials staging area: On June 05, 2024, employees conducted supply storage and eye wash station checks where an unlevel, unbolted metal stand holding a 16 gallon self-contained eye wash station was leaning and protruding into the passageway which potentially exposed employees to struck by hazards.
