29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Jobsite, Lot #3D Dana Drive, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about June 5, 2024, an employee was walking the top plate, approximately 10 feet above the ground below, and was not utilizing any type of fall protection. b) Jobsite, Lot #3D Dana Drive, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about July 1, 2024, an employee was walking on the roof, approximately 34 feet above the ground below and was not utilizing any type of fall protection.
