Velazquez Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard  1926.1053 (b)(1) Ladders, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1567781, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 19, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 3014 Copley Road, Copley, OH 44321.
