Melo Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1534773, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 1/28/22, with respect to a workplace located at 7854 Restmoor Drive, Baldwinsville, NY 13027.

Liftlines were knotted around the joists of the building structure. Melo Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1534773, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 1/28/22, with respect to a workplace located at 7854 Restmoor Drive, Baldwinsville, NY 13027.
