29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) At 9512 Bugaboo Colorado Springs, CO 80924: On or before 6/22/2024, the employer did not ensure employees did not walk and/or work on the top plate of the walls of an unfinished single-family home. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard in excess of 10 feet. (b) At 9520 Bugaboo Colorado Springs, CO 80924: On or before 6/22/2024, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards while framing the back porch trusses of an unfinished single-family home. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard in excess of 12 feet.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: (a) At 9512 Bugaboo Colorado Springs, CO 80924: On or before 6/22/2024, the employer did not ensure employees used a ladder properly to descend from the top plate of the walls of an unfinished single-family home. The employee used the top and top step of the step ladder. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard in excess of 10 feet.
