On or about July 2, 2024, on production floor, employees were required to conduct service and/or maintenance, to include cleaning, the Line 6 Stringline Proofer, Winkler Model #681979, without receiving lockout/tagout training as an authorized employee. Employees were thereby exposed to hazards associated with the unexpected re-energization of equipment.
